Netiquette means : Rules about the proper and polite way to communicate with other
People when you are using the internet.
The definition of Netiquette
is
the rules of etiquette that apply when communicating over computer networks,
especially the Internet.
The word netiquette is a
combination of ’net’ (from internet)
and ’etiquette’. It means respecting other users’ views and
displaying common courtesy when posting your views to
online discussion groups.
v
Why Netiquette is important?
As
we do in
the real interaction,
we have to think about the
manner, the behavior in talking with many people. If we talk with other people in
impolite ways, people will be angry of us. It’s the same as when we communicate
using Internet which
is so popular nowadays. We can chat or interact with another
people without meeting directly. Even we cannot meet directly, it’s still
called “communicating”. Therefore we still need to use etiquette, we still have
to be polite, we still need to think before posting, we still need to avoid
plagiarism. In order we can always keep a good
relationship with all people.
